Absolutely horrible experience I don’t know what the teller was talking about so I wanted to withdraw my money and I brought my passport a government issued id but she said she couldn’t accept because it wasn’t the id that I used to open my account. I have never heard of that in my life and I work at a bank it was ridiculous. The staff is friendly n quick
Really can’t be bothered on a Saturday morning.
I have banked here for years but they have a new teller & every time I go in there she will not smile. Such a stark difference from the other tellers. She should not be in customer service position. So unfriendly.
