Went in recently to make a quick withdrawal and it took 20 minutes! I walked right up to counter and it took more time than it should have. You have my card and i.d. This is becoming a pattern at this bank. I've been banking with Huntington for years and now it's excessive waiting and phone calls to try and sale me something. Considering another bank.
This bank disappointed me; their employees have a poor attitude toward people who do not speak English fluently. They even tell you that if you don't speak English, they cannot help you with whatever you need. The customer service is terrible after all, every other bank in this country will find an interpreter if communication is difficult, rather than losing a customer over it. They simply didn't feel like working. What a disappointment.
My husband bought a vehicle from Cronin Kia the dealership was to finance it thru GECU but didn’t so now we are stuck with Huntington bank. On 02/02/2026 my husband went to Colerain branch to speak to a loan officer but he was denied and was informed that he is a difficult bad customer! He is a senior citizen and a veteran; to be treated like that is disgraceful.
Not helpful, rude lady at the front with a bad attitude. Shutting my hunting account down. This bank sucks !
