At this location, you can stand speaking to the teller and hear a customer call in and provide his full social security number and full name on speaker phone because Courtney does not prefer to shut her office door while having her speaker phone at full volume. You can then listen to said customer speak about his recently deseased wife and hear his questions about probate. I witnessed an absolutely unbelievable security risk at this branch. Excellent customer service!
Went in to set up direct deposit on the account I opened online and they said they were closing my account and ending their relationship with me. Wouldn't explain why. So I opened at first financial instead. Then comes all the new account mail and debit cards from Huntington bc they weren't acting closing my account. Pass. Get your shit together.
