They were quick about opening an account and were friendly. We use this bank the most if we are in the Lansing/DeWitt.
I had an issue with my account when opening and dealt with a representative today named Peter who took care of everything. I had previously called the 1800 number but was constantly told they can do nothing. The branch took care of everything and i greatly appreciate fixing the mistake. Thanks Peter
