I've been a member of Huntington Bank before they were Huntington Bank, and in these times I'm glad I am they are understanding and cooperative. I've visited the inside of several branch counters and have yet to meet with a rudd snotty, or an employee having a bad day, I guess it's all how you approach them.
Wow what an experience. Not only did I have to stand in line for longer than I should have to come up and find out they dont have enough money for my withdrawal was truly upsetting. A bank that doesn't have enough money is simply ridiculous. Get it together Huntington.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I'm still In line. Most people have been waiting 30minutes in line for attendant to see them. I need to simply get something signed by the other attendant. I've been here close to 1hr & will probably be here over 1hr. I don't usually leave reviews, & if so good--but, this is the slowest service I have ever received. I'll never come back to this location ever again. Horrible experience.
If I could give #HuntingtonBank less than 1 star, I would... I came in yesterday to sign some papers for a loan they were consolidating my credit cards.. and by the way they called me I didn't call them.. they said my paperwork wasn't ready come back tomorrow which is today.. I had an appointment at 12:00 p.m. I stood in line for an hour and a half... they sat me down in the little room in the back... they said, I apologize your paperwork hasn't even been repaired yet... we can't do it today...again..
