Sahar Rashedi is unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Her demeanor is unfriendly and after reading several reviews, I see I’m not the only person that thinks so. I did call into Huntington customer service to file a formal complaint about her behavior. After sitting in the parking lot for a moment contemplating, I also went back in to the bank and filed the complaint at the front counter. By the looks on the employees faces, they also have poor experiences with her. I will never go to the Lake Lansing branch again.

The worst bank and the WORST manager Sahar Rashedi. I’ve been a loyal customer at this branch for over 10 years, but the service has drastically declined—mainly due to the current manager, Sahar Rashedi. She is consistently rude, unapproachable, bossy and unprofessional. She doesn’t greet customers, never smiles, and creates a hostile atmosphere. Her behavior is bossy, intrusive and unsettling.
