I accidentally had my account closed. Completely on me. I worked with a few people on reopening an account, and while I wish the communication between tellers or managers was better (approvals from higher ups), I was finally able to resolve my issues with David. He was polite, made me feel comfortable and I didn’t feel embarrassed for my mistakes. Because of his professionalism, my teen will be opening her first account with him soon. Thanks again!
Try to cash a check I received for Christmas from my father and grandmother which we all share the same last name I don't have an account with Huntington but according to their policy all I would need is a valid ID which I had my driver's license and the staff belittled me wouldn't cash my check clearly don't know their own policies expecting me to be carrying my social security card to show them wouldn't bother looking up their policy to show I was correct the manager was the rudest of them all told me go ahead and call cor... read more
Have banked at this particular branch for several years. Not at all happy with the high staff turnover and how that has consequently affected my experience. Today marks my last visit. Why? Because when I say no I mean no. I do not mean pitch me on a sale 3 more times. Happy with the bank, not this location.
Not a people friendly bank. They don't work with you at all. They are all about the money. I would suggest a credit union or another bank. I was off work temporarily and they had no compassion what so ever.
