My wife n I came to pull money to buy a car on a friday, we transferred money from cash app to Huntington, the money was instantly transferred, but wasn't available. We would of had to wait until Monday to get it in cash if it weren't for the GM Matthew. He called his superiors and got the process expedited. Matt went above and beyond for us, he understood the deadline we faced n made it possible. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I forgot the gentleman's name who attended to me. It was a smooth transaction all the way. He was friendly yet professional, and very helpful too. It's my first time at this branch, and I don't mind doing business in this branch, given that I am pleased with this first visit.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Matt was rude, not understanding, and repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to speak. I was also given incorrect information multiple times, which made the situation even more frustrating. Customer service and clear communication are extremely important, especially when it comes to banking. In contrast, the other tellers at the W.
