I've had a great experience with Huntington Bank. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and willing to work with me whenever I've had questions or needed help. Their banking services are easy to use, and I've always felt like they value their customers. My only complaint is that I really miss having Huntington Bank branches inside Meijer stores. Good tools for regular checking and savings; not knowledgable on IRAs, tax form was incorrect.
My wife n I came to pull money to buy a car on a friday, we transferred money from cash app to Huntington, the money was instantly transferred, but wasn't available. We would of had to wait until Monday to get it in cash if it weren't for the GM Matthew. He called his superiors and got the process expedited. Matt went above and beyond for us, he understood the deadline we faced n made it possible. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I forgot the gentleman's name who attended to me. It was a smooth transaction all the way. He was friendly yet professional, and very helpful too. It's my first time at this branch, and I don't mind doing business in this branch, given that I am pleased with this first visit.
