Literally the ATM is never working.
Went to this bank to get 2 Court Disclosures notarized, and 2 tellers read through both Disclosures, stating that they needed to understand what they were notarizing before they could notarize the documents. My issue is, how can a bank teller understand a complex Court Disclosure if they never went to law school!? A notary's job is to ensure that the person standing in front of them, is indeed the individual signing the document, not to play JUDGE, and review Court documentation to ensure...... What!? Whole staff needs to be fired don’t answer phones and don’t know anything when asked questions about your account
If I could give zero stars, I would. I opened an account online and was told I needed to go into a branch to verify my identity. Since I work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, I scheduled a Saturday visit — the only time I’m available — because the branch is open until noon. After waiting in line, Ricardo told me they were too busy to help and that I’d need to make an appointment for the following weekend.
