dont know how to answer the phone
I called to speak with the manager regarding an ongoing issue that has been unresolved for over a month. I was informed that she was busy with appointments and was assured I would receive a call back in the afternoon. Unfortunately, I never received that call.
I would give zero stars if it would let me. I was depositing money into their ATM and it kept my money and did not give me a receipt. It said to contact your financial institution and it just so happens that they were open at the time so I called them since the ATM was still holding my card. I am told that it will take them around 3 to 4 days to have someone go out and balance their ATM for me to get my money.
