Won't answer the phone and will not return calls!! Its pretty bad when the bankers won't return your call. Poorly ran bank branch. Needs new management. Just my opinion.
I’m really disappointed with this branch. They made a mistake and put the wrong account number on one of my checks, which caused my USCIS application to be rejected. This error created a lot of stress and delays in an important process.
Been banking with Huntington (in Lafayette and West Lafayette Indiana) for close to 10 years. Always great service.
