This bank sucks. Always knew it did from past relationships with them. Thought I would give them another try especially as they were offering a $400 promotion to open account. I have read over the requirements for the $400 several times and it only mentions having a qualifying direct deposit of $1,000 or more. I open the account at the end of January because it said the promotion was ending. I did not get a direct deposit there until April due to having to switch banks and routing with disability.
