Great Customer Service I was very impressed with how fast and smoothly my loan process went with Huntington Bank. I originally went with BB&T but they were a nightmare!! Never called back to let me know what was going on. Decided on Huntington through a friend and couldn't believe the difference in customer service! Decided to go ahead and move my checking and savings through them. Great bank and highly recommend!!!
Great bank I have been banking here for over 15 years, and have never had a problem. I especially like their internet services. I was a little nervous about using the internet to do banking at first, but their security features quickly proved how safe it is. I pay all of my bills on line, don't have to worry about the mail being late, and save money on postage. I am always greeted by name when I stop in. The customer service is excellent, and they are always willing to talk with you about any questions or concerns.
Bait & Switch I have never received this bad of service anywhere I mean anywhere.I have never written a letter to the paper or said anything bad in writting about anyone but you need to here this. When searching for a bank refinance I googled best rates in Parkersburg and Huntington Bank came up. Along with the bank rates were reviews about the bank this was December 2010. Poor Management In all the dealings with this bank I have been very displeased. They do things that I do not understand. They are very slow in processing things and act like they are always right even when they have done something incorrect.
Banks I have recently went here to cash a financial aid check, they were very fast, friendly, didn't give me any problems at all, I would definetely recommend.
