First time stopping into this branch signed up on line and the clerk, was extremely helpful and resourceful, showed me how to access my information acct and rte number and also help me with how can set up account for my new grandchild. So sorry I forgot her name but I do know she has a 3 year old son. To the BRANCh Manager she's a keeper. She was so so nice I appreciate people like her

I've never had a problem with Huntington Bank. I have been a valued customer more than 8 years. So I went to the one down the hill from Mountain View. This guy Carl wasn't very helpful nor nice. I needed to cash out money from a card. This guy was so hesitant and said he couldn't find me in their system. I used the bank on Clariton Road. Why wouldn't I be in their system, more than 8 years.
