I've never had a problem with Huntington Bank. I have been a valued customer more than 8 years. So I went to the one down the hill from Mountain View. This guy Carl wasn't very helpful nor nice. I needed to cash out money from a card. This guy was so hesitant and said he couldn't find me in their system. I used the bank on Clariton Road. Why wouldn't I be in their system, more than 8 years. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They make every effort to accommodate you in every way with professionalism and kindness. They are sometimes short staffed , but try to do there best to make everyone happy. Highly recommended this branch.
