I genuinely have never had a worse experience with a bank. I constantly have issues getting into my account and when I call I’m always put on the line with this horrible old woman who talks to me like I’m stupid. Truly insufferable. Will be going to a different bank from now on.
Their front line people are horrible! Poor service with an attitude!
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a bank. I'm not sure what location to even put this review on bc talking to them is like speaking to a wall. Even when I called to make a complaint speak to a higher up . I literally was only able to have them send a message. For them to have the same agent call me back that I had already dealt with. First time stopping into this branch signed up on line and the clerk, was extremely helpful and resourceful, showed me how to access my information acct and rte number and also help me with how can set up account for my new grandchild. So sorry I forgot her name but I do know she has a 3 year old son. To the BRANCh Manager she's a keeper. She was so so nice I appreciate people like her
