I went there to close my account, and they told me that I need to come back because responsible person on lunch.
I called the branch on the 29th concerning a CD coming to maturity on the 30th. Got an answering machine that asked me to leave my name, phone and details. I’m new with Huntington & I came into this branch yesterday asking for an atm card since my card hasn’t came in yet. The lady with blonde hair she was kinda older was so rude and dismissive and made me feel like I shouldn’t bank with Huntington or that I was stupid and then made me see a different bank teller and not her. Do better and get better customer service
Absolutely 5 stars, every time! Staff is amazing and so polite and helpful. I will always use this branch no matter how far I have to drive!
