Do not ever bank here. Absolutely terrible all the way around. My account was compromised by a hacker and they have been terrible when asking for any help. My account will be under review until April which they will then send me a check with the remaining funds and I can never open an account with them again.. seems like I’m the one who suffers not the person who did it .
Rude personal. I asked who the manager was and the person who answered could tell I was black. She was nasty ! I wouldn’t go there ever.
I don’t bank with Huntington however my mother did prior to her passing. I went to close out her account and John Alfera was a pleasure to work with. He was very helpful and made the process easy. I’d recommend this branch to anyone.
