Rude personal. I asked who the manager was and the person who answered could tell I was black. She was nasty ! I wouldn’t go there ever.
I don’t bank with Huntington however my mother did prior to her passing. I went to close out her account and John Alfera was a pleasure to work with. He was very helpful and made the process easy. I’d recommend this branch to anyone.

It is ridiculous to need to have in person service. Not against the 1 person who works inside, just impossible for 1 person to service a bank! Didn't have my ATM card, and it took almost 20 min to make a deposit with 2 people in front of me.
