It is ridiculous to need to have in person service. Not against the 1 person who works inside, just impossible for 1 person to service a bank! Didn't have my ATM card, and it took almost 20 min to make a deposit with 2 people in front of me.
Worst bank I ever dealt with. On several occasions my calls were not returned! Very unprofessional and considering they make money off my deposits, I'm done with them!! Wouldn't recommend this banking system to to the fact you're not dealing with people but a algorithm. I'm not a computer I'm human and my business partners are human!
Thank you Shayla and Shae!! The employees at this branch (New Kensington - Feldarelli Square) are the best bank employees I’ve ever dealt with. They were kind, helpful, and patient when I was in with my disabled mother handling a fraud dispute. It was a stressful and emotional situation but they made the experience so much better.
Great bank been banking here for years never every one is always friendly and go above and beyond to help me keep up the great work
