Terrible drive thru. Waited for 15 min and a line even started forming behind me. Ended up leaving before being attended and this was not even the first time this has happened. Went to the huntington next to Meijer instead.
This location needs some help. Not sure what the deal is but waited online in the drive thru for 10 minutes and no cars made it through….2 lanes open but no one receiving any service. Made me late for an appointment.

Opened a new account in November for the new accounts promo. Website was having issues. Completed the promo deal. But since there website was having issues promo code wasn’t accepted and now not getting the deal. Unfortunate but it’s just a representation of the bank it self. Closing my accounts this weekend. If I can’t trust them to make their promotions can’t trust them with my money. Just a warning for other people looking to start accounts.
