Don't ever go through Huntington mortgage. Simple refi took almost 8 months and we had all our documents together. Worst mortgage experience I have ever had and I have an excellent credit score. Mortgage broker totally dropped the ball cost me thousands of dollars never did anything to rectify. Closed all my accounts at Huntington.
Never go here. Christine specifically at this location was absolutely rude and unhelpful. I was married this weekend and had checks to deposit. Despite my marriage license, current license, and debit card she was super unhelpful and required me to deposit the checks into my now husbands account because the checks were written to Mr and Mrs “last name”. She had a horrible attitude and was so rude I was in tears upon leaving.
