Nice staff
The last time I got such poor service at a bank it was at the Citizens Bank just across the street from this one. I withdrew the entire account value and now that bank is no more. Huntington Bank is on the same path. I requested to close a checking account at this Huntington Bank branch and was told I would need to schedule an appointment. Wow you can see why their ratings are so low it’s a shame their managers don’t seem to care enough to make changes. Painful experience. Took about 20 minutes to cash a simple check, I finally had to ask look are we done yet this is taking forever. She said “sorry trying to get my brain to work” Awful customer service, I would highly suggest training your employees better and having progress reports with them.
