I have never been to Huntington bank and not had a problem there and I don't even have an account there the first problem I encountered was when I tried to have a title notarized whenever you purchase a vehicle they generally fill out all of the information on the back of it as soon as you buy the vehicle so that you can go get the title changed over but when I showed up at Huntington bank with the title completely filled out except for my signature they refuse to do anything with it because they wanted the whole thing fille... read more
Chelsey is a person that can help maneuver the challenges of banking in today’s world. It seems difficult for people in customer service to deliver because their business model emphasizes profit over people. I think in today’s times it’s difficult to have pride in your work and our leadership is reflecting the worst that humanity has to offer. And yet. One person can do their job well and make you forget about the others that can’t seem to care enough like Chelsey does. Hope ai uses this for training.
