Terrible bank they have done nothing to help me, only make my life harder by suspending my checking account cause I bought crypto and made my home buying process a headache by not giving me the proper documents
Got hit with three overdraft fees because both Huntington Banks in my area were not accepting cash deposits at their ATM. Drove 5 mi in either direction yet still unable to deposit. Upon calling Huntington they refused to satisfy the fees and said "Next time make sure the money is in the account". What a great concept! But shouldn't you also accept cash within a 10mile radius to me so I can make my account positive? Bad service, came in to get a February statement for my savings account it’s halfway through march (I am closing on a house and need this document with a stamp for my mortgage lender) they couldn’t do it they told me a bunch excuses on why none seemed reasonable. eventually with enough talking the branch manager (only person of any competence) gave me a printout of a screenshot of my account and also said “we can’t put a stamp of approval on this document because we would be held liable then” amazing a bank not being able to... read more
