It’s the worst customer service
Today was a fairly trying day and my emotions were all over the place. I needed a cashier's check and all week been trying to get off work in time to make it to the bank. I started crying and the gentleman at the desk was so kind and so patient. He offered me tissue and a water. He asked if I was okay or in any trouble because the state I was in. Went in to finish opening my business account and they told me I had to go home to set it up online because they didn't have time to do it for me. Went home to do it and their system kept telling me it wasn't available and I had to go to a branch to set it up. I got to the bank when they opened and was there just under an hour all for it to still not be resolved. Waste of an hour and a half when I'm trying to be efficient and get something done.
