Horrible service especially with me being prior service tried to tell me my check from The department of treasury is fraud even though I had statements from the military stating that the amount on the check was correct and nothing is fraud because that’s my pay for my time in the military and to top it all off they sent the check all way back to fort benning because according to this bank it was fraud , yeah ok horrible service will never recommend this bank ever glad I went through fifth third bank instead after this bank c... read more

I've been trying to get a loan for a trailer thru this bank and not having any luck. I don't know if it's the lack of trying from the credit manager at Wilder RV or the bank who asks for information, gets it, and still denies me.
Horrible customer service every time i have to enter the building. Today was no exception, luckily the heatherdowns branch is helpful and polite.
