The people who work at this one are FAR better than trying to deal with the ones who work at the downtown location

Awful customer service... Totally unprofessional....I had an issue with an ACH, I called customer service several times, called the branch couple times, they all had different answers... done with this bank!
I have used this bank since I was 18. I have never had an issue and the customer service is awesome!
