I used to love this location but today as I went to take my work deposits to this branch the teller questioned me why I was bringing so much money at once and I proceeded to explain why . She still didn’t care and kept questioning me and telling me that she is going to talk to somebody. Super unprofessional and disrespectful, will talk to my supervisor to switch to a different brand or even a new bank
The absolute worst bank I’ve ever worked with. They’re constantly withholding my money from me and I constantly have issues.
I have been in this location for years and this last year the service has gone from a 5 to a 0. The new staff won’t stand to get you from the lobby they point and say go there, lady talks over me when I have important questions. Then watched her make a face to the teller as I stood up to leave. I’m not one to write bad reviews because I understand one offs and bad days but this is the 3rd time I’ve dealt with her (Rosemary Villar).
