Has one of the rudest bank tellers. After trying this branch a few times. It’s not worth the hassle.
As a long term huntington client and also a former employee of huntington, there are a few things that are frustrating for me with this branch. Firstly, they do not pick up the phone. Over the past year I have left a number of voicemails and tried calling the main branch phone number. Never has someone picked up the main line and never have they ever returned my voicemails despite leaving my name and phone number. We showed up at 4:30 to open a checking account with them and they wouldn’t help us because they closed at 5 said the man employee standing in the drive thru area. We left and went to Mercantile Bank across the street and they were pleased to stay 10 minutes AFTER BUSINESS HOURS to have our business. Go elsewhere if you’d like to be treated like a valued customer. Anywhere but Huntington!
