Friendly staff.
They wouldn’t take my bag of coins to count even though they had a coin counter behind them. I asked why. Their response: “I don’t feel like it.” If I said that to customers, I wouldn’t have a job much longer. I had to go to Wayland because they were the next closest bank with a coin counter because someone didn’t feel like doing their job.
Great bank
It took me 15 minutes in the drive-through. They were not answering the window not greeting you not asking you what you needed. There was one person working and a manager observing. There was 1 car in front of me. The manager was downright rude rude very unprofessional to watch your clerks instead of opening a till And helping your customers.
