Went in to open a account. Expected the normal wait time. (15-30) it only took, maybe, 30 seconds, and they had me started up on the process. Great people. Very in depth on the account. Very glad I went here so far. Thank you to all of them for the help and speedy process

Wanted yo do an estate account was told needed an appointment and it would take an hour! I assumed 15 mins to 20 well i was correct called wesbanco and unified both did not need an appointment niether.just walk in and they told me 20 mins.due to banking hours and peoples,needs they should accomadate the customer. they cant do estate accounts on saturday niether but wesbanco and unified can. This bank does not put the customer first . They should have someone there during all banking hours to set up accounts for the customer ... read more
