Wanted yo do an estate account was told needed an appointment and it would take an hour! I assumed 15 mins to 20 well i was correct called wesbanco and unified both did not need an appointment niether.just walk in and they told me 20 mins.due to banking hours and peoples,needs they should accomadate the customer. they cant do estate accounts on saturday niether but wesbanco and unified can. I switched to Huntington a few years back. They have been wonderful. Everyone at the Bridgeport branch is friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
Amy is a horrible employee. She is not helping me at all. She is very rude and arrogant
