I would not recommend doing business with this company. They took $650 from my account and tried blaming me and when I provided proof it wasn't me they said the only way to get my money back is to wait 10 days for a check to be sent and that they would not be covering any fees that they caused on my bank account. This is a stretchy bank and I would steer clear.
I really appreciate Wendy’s assistance in a wire transfer I needed to make for a home closing. I moved to Lutz from Chicago and the branch I opened my account at in Chicago insisted I needed to fly there and be there in person. Although I had to drive 3 hours to Naples, Wendy kept the branch open and made a last minute appointment to help me get the wire done for the home closing.
They helped us so much lovely people!
Very poor online customer service.
