I came in with my 91 year old mother to renew 4 CDs that had matured two days earlier. There were three workers (tellers, supervisors?) and zero customers, yet they would not help us. We were told that we need to go to a different location. Then, we were told that there was nobody available at the different location either. For about 10 minutes, there were no other customers. This bank is terrible be careful when depositing checks make sure they go into ur account.. they need better training on there staff
