Terrible , I know the teller didn't know, however , I needed to pay my rent I deposit my money to get a money order that she told me would be cheaper at giant eagle at 450pm. Found out you have to have cash only. Came back at 5pm literally after I just left they all looking at me telling me they could not help because they closed. I went it with an issue on my account. DeShaun and Jessica took the time to help me figure out the problem and where it originated from. They were patient and understanding of my problem. Great customer service. I wish they were working at my local bank.
This bank will LIE about your deposit, put your deposit on hold and tell you the funds not there when it is there. Very rude CS Rep and supervisor, they tell you there a lot red flags on your deposit but will not tell you what it is. Going to close my account as soon as my check clear
