The bank is a reflection of the neighborhood. Avoid as ATM doesn’t work and customers aren’t allowed inside the lobby to conduct business. Instead, customers are yelled at through the security glass to use the drive through. Not a customer friendly or receptive environment, especially for travelers, to conduct financial business.
I hope I never need to come to this place again! First of all, the lobby is closed to the public unless you schedule an appointment. I've never seen a bank do that before! This makes the drive up teller and ATM lines extremely long. The area feels unsafe as people are standing around watching. The only good thing is the employees seem to be decent and do their jobs well.
They have been very professional people in this building in the eight years I've been with them I have no complaints and I don't understand why they're closing this area for there's a lot of people who go there and need that bank in this area thank you
So happy this branch is closing. I ask them to withdraw money from my savings account and they did it through my checking account. How silly are these people. Maybe they don't care about their customers since they are closing this branch in a few months anyway.
The tellers attitude wasn't very pleasant 😒
