Anabelle was not pleasant to deal with while opening up another account. She was extremely dismissive and condescending. Literally walked out and went to North olmsted to start the process over which is completely out of my way. Unfortunately, cause the branch manager Rick is extremely pleasant and so are the tellers.
This bank is closed. It's so hard to actually get to a real Huntington bank, so the search for one is more difficult than it should be. Maybe huntington is trying to close all it's banks.
Best branch and best staff anywhere…. They always greet me even when I’m just passing by to shop at Giant Eagle. Always pleasant, always helpful, always professional!! Love these folks and the way they do business!
