Terrible communication with the business banker Tara.
Rude and incompetent. Contacted about helping an account holder with an account and refused to help because they were 30 minutes before closing and committed to getting out on time.
I can only say thank you very much to the staff for the kindness and patience with which they serve the client and answer any questions.
