Good - Elizabeth Soto at the Brooklyn OH branch is wonderful! I was in the lobby one day when most of the systems were down and Elizabeth's computer was the only one able to do any real processing. There was a long line and other customers were becoming vocally aggravated. But Elizabeth kept her cool and smiled while taking care of everyone. The Latina in the glasses who didn't give a damn about my situation as it didn't happened to her, denied me my check when after I was told that I was able to pick it up in person at a bank, for $625 dollars for my rent, after Huntington close my account. Now I am -$2 with no money to pay my rent, and is facing homelessness thanks Huntington even after I waited since September 10 for the check which was sent out two times the check got lost and now I don't have anything to my name.

ATM takes money but doesn’t fully count it. Now it will take 1-10 business days to get my money back. No one inside seemed to care I don’t understand how a machine can make that big of a mistake. And I have to wait to get my money. The lady at the front said have a great day. Poor customer service. I really don’t understand why this location is even open. No one there seems like they want to help. Their favorite line is to call Huntington. The machines shouldn’t be up and running if they aren’t working. To me that’s a scam. ... read more
