I’m 2 for 4 in the bank, my very first experience in there was really good, The next two not so good very rude, Poor attitude! I made a statement: If you don’t like your job, Find something else! Which his reply was, If you don’t like our bank, don’t come here! And then I had to go in for a fourth time, out of convenience, and the two gentlemen working were great
worst bank ever. leave and go to credit union asap. so happy i did.
Regularly takes more than 15 minutes for a simple business deposit of one or two checks.
I came to this bank to close out a few accounts as my mom had passed away. Suha, the bank teller was amazing and kind to me! Very patient. The process wasn't too bad. I did have to come back because they had to verify some documents but overall easy process. We chit chatted about life, shopping, family. I'm thankful for her help!
Not enough workers. So disappointing to find out you need to make an appointment to see someone at the desk. You use to be able to just walk in and they were happy to help you. Not anymore!
