Always friendly tellers and in particular Barb has been great to work with on several occasions. She is personable and very helpful answering questions and efficient.
Mom and I stop here when in Macedonia. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.
Worst customer service ever! One of the bankers was so disrespectful and rude, i will never set foot in this bank again! I don't bank with Huntington but unfortunately my parents do. Get your policies right, all branches should have the same rules when it comes to what you need to have when it comes to accounts especially when you have legal documents.
So disappointed customer service walking in the door at counter very helpful, it’s when you have to sit down to speak with someone in a cubicle that the miscommunication starts. Completely dismantled my children weekend.
20 mins to deposit checks seems unacceptable to me.
