Very rude and unorganized staff. Old lady with short hair and glasses told me to wait in the lobby for someone to talk to just to tell me 20 minutes later that I should’ve made an appointment and they are closing in an hour. Disrespectful of client’s time. I advise you to take your business anywhere else.
Went in to submit a POA for a hospitalized elderly relative’s account. Barbra spends 20 minutes on the phone with an "expert" then explains what I need to do before Huntington can accept the POA. I left to go to get the requested notarization, but when I returned, she now had different requirements and could not accept the POA. She had my info but didn’t call to let me know she changed her mind wasting an additional 30 minutes.
