Absolutely amazing experience, my family has a hard time understanding english and they were so patient. The staff we’re insanely friendly, patient, and took the time to listen to what our issue was!
The tellers here are great. Jim the manager is lacking in both customer service skills as well as accountability. He arrogant and far too busy and important to get his hands dirty dealing with customers. I closed all our accounts today.
