I went to north olmsted huntington to open a business credit card account. The banker told me that I couldn't because there is a requirement of number of years that you must be in business. I knew she didnt know what she was talking about so I went to another Huntington location and opened one no problem. That north Olmsted banker doesnt know her own requirements as she confused it for an equity line or business loan. A credit card is not a business loan or equity line. How did you get your job?
This is not location specific. But I would like to say I switched over to Huntington from PNC over a year ago now. Within the 14 MONTHS of me being there I did not ask them for anything, so refunds on overdraft fees or anything of that sort. In the past August I received an overdraft fee for being over drafted $5 and some change, they refunded it, but not after they were extremely rude. The main tellwr that this location isn't very friendly at all.
This branch has the best customer service I have ever experienced at a bank. The managers are top notch. The service providers are customer friendly, and make the banking experience easy. Exceptional!
