Ive called this location multiple times to correct an issue with my account that they sent to collections without telling me anything based on an employees mistake of overdrafting my account when it was supposed to be shut down.I have everything recorded and documented for the amount of times I've tried to resolve this issue over the last two years of being played the hot potatoe game and sending me to different phone extensions just to speak about this issue.I will be making a physical appearance soon to rectify this situat... read more

They steal your money and say they don't they put money in an account and take it out they make you pay money you don't I hate this bank they all need to shut down I tried to hire a lawyer to help me with this bank and they wouldn't do it said I don't have a chance I hope they all go out of business I will never pay then the money I owe them
Zero stars to be correct. These people put a hold on my account for closure. No notice money coming in and then disappearing. They say that they are returning to sender. So I attempted to close the account myself and they won't allow that either. The kicker..."they are not obligated to tell me why". Did I sleep with the bank managers boyfriend? Banking is serious business. I have a right to know why they flagged my account 😡
