I have been with Huntington for years and am changing banks. They flag purchases for nearly everything I do. Then when calling customer services to "fix" it they want me to jump through all kinds of hoops. This "flagging" seems to be more about controlling purchases rather than protecting from fraud.
Why can’t folks follow instructions smh I asked to deposit one amount and the teller deposited all of my money. Listening is key! Not only that she walked away ugh!!!
Great place to put your money When I was ready to open a couple of accounts, I called to see what their hours were. They had great extended hours for those of us who work 9-5. They have some evening hours and also Saturday hours. I made an appointment to tae care of some business. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted. They made me feel at home and used my name throughout the transactions. Staff was very knowledgeable of their different types of accounts.
