Really good service and kind people
This locations ONLY ATM has been down for months now, and they claim they "called the company responsible for fixing it." In Novemeber... they still keep the green light on above it, so you come by just to realize they're so lazy that it's still out of order in February. This is crazy and makes me wish I could just change banks so I can actually have a chance to use an ATM without a fee!
If I could give a FAT ZERO I WOULD!!! So I deposited a settlement from a car accident into my account and was told that the funds would be available within 24 business hours. I was not too happy about how I ended up with this bank in the first place and I’ll be honest it was their false marketing talking about “earn up to $600.00” with qualified requirements but after a few months I learned that was only for ppl that will keep $25,000 in their account regularly. BEWARE OF THIS BANK... ESPECIALLY USING THE ATM MACHINE OUTSIDE. ITS ALWAYS BROKEN AND THEY ARE ALWAYS DOING SOME TYPE OF MAINTENANCE TO IT. DURING THAT TIME THEY WILL BLOCK THE DRIVEWAY OFF COMPLETELY WITH NO SIGNS OR ANY KIND OF HEADS UP. TODAY WHEN THIS HAPPENED TO ME FOR THE 3RD TIME NOW, I HONKED MY HORN MORE THAN 3 TIMES...
