convenient location
No follow-up at all!!!!! Horrible customer service as no one calls anyone back. They say they have experience on opening fiduciary accounts. They do not. I’ve been waiting for five days for any kind of response and no one cares. I guess i will pull all other accounts from the bank since they do not care for our business.
Had the best banking experience today with the Branch Manager Brittany. Could not have had better customer service.
