My experience at this particular bank has been nothing short of a huge disappointment. Specifically, the ATM is down/not working at a minimum of at least once a week,,,that's inexcusable. The inside atmosphere is extremely clean & the bank tellers are very approachable. Recommendation: a canopy or overhead cover at the ATM would be nice for pouring down rain &/or snow. The water from the rain pouring off of the roof goes straight inside your vehicle. But that only applies when the ATM is working.
Update: 2/20/2026 ATM is down. 2/8/2026 ATM down again! Fix the ATM. Everytime I pull in it's broke.

Love this bank. The app is trash. You'll never know how much you actually have. Or when your money was taken or how much until the following day or later. Customer service is no help.
