Branch Manager, Steven Collins, stood me up for an appointment made the week before. When I showed up and his office was dark, I was not given any useful information from staff. I sent him an email to meet the next morning, he was rude and acted like it was my fault his schedule app malfunctioned. He refused to serve me. Don’t use this branch, or Huntington at all if you can avoid it.
Ranjana was so patient and kind today when I needed to send some wire transfers. Had to take a call during our meeting and she was cordial and helpful, despite me being unorganized lol This branch just wouldn't be the same without her and she deserves a raise! We know you got the cash regional managers!!!! Thank you!
Good bank normally I would leave 5 stars but today they didn’t give out early pay with zero notice to customers that it would be happening. There should of been some form of communication
Huntington is awful to go through for your home mortgage. Unfortunately, we do not get to choose where we pay our mortgages through. However, if we did, I would NOT recommend Huntington. After over 3 years of living in our current home, my husband and I still have issues with our Escrow account being short. We have had to pay a fee every year, we have added more money to our Escrow, allotted extra payments to our Escrow, you name it, we've done it and it STILL ends up short and Huntington is NO help and always states that it... read more
