I can now ser why this bank has 3 stars!!! this bank will post any transaction late so then they can come back and say you have an overdraft fee because a transaction posted a later day even though your money was taken that same moment!!!! I will rather use Chase, or BMO
This has been by personal bank for years but they missed an opportunity for my Trust acct to be handled there saying my documents weren’t in order. Friendly staff but their Legal dept seemingly needs to be re-educated on valid documents. Easily opened the acct at another local bank as something my town is not lacking in is banks!
Had a bad experience with Chase and moved over to Huntington. Honestly I love this bank. Amazing features and the customer service at this branch is stellar.
