This has been by personal bank for years but they missed an opportunity for my Trust acct to be handled there saying my documents weren’t in order. Friendly staff but their Legal dept seemingly needs to be re-educated on valid documents. Easily opened the acct at another local bank as something my town is not lacking in is banks!
Had a bad experience with Chase and moved over to Huntington. Honestly I love this bank. Amazing features and the customer service at this branch is stellar.

Payment made to a company. Company said check was returned for NSF. Yet account balance was 100 times amount of check. Telephoned Huntington service. Was on line with Representative. He said would have to have specialist to review issue and put me on hold. 30 minutes later the connection went dead. Called back got rep who wanted a lot more info than first service rep. I hung up and called back got a service rep named Rain. He kept reviewing account and could not tell me why the payment was NSF. He said I needed to once again... read more
Everyone is SO helpful and friendly! I don’t dread going to the bank seeing a friendly face!
