Kennedy helped me today with a complicated mixup I had and handled everything perfectly! She was smart, efficient and effective! Great service!!
Terrible. This is the second time I’ve made a deposit and they put my checks/money in someone else’s account. I will be switching to PNC bank next week. Also, the manager was not apologetic at all. She told me it happens. This happened on 7/19/24 at 4:50pm.
Brad Cole took a lot of our money to invest in CD's and now will not return phone calls and is "conveniently" away from his desk when we go there. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. WHERE IS OUR MONEY!?
