Slow service. 10 minutes and the line didn't move
I went to huntington on the 30th of January paid the entire balance on my secured credit card then went to use my credit card today on the 7th of February to pay for gas and it declined saying I don't have enough credit. My account shows the payment. was made on the 30th my account reflects the payment and a credit limit of 3oo so I called customer service they told me the payment h.as not finished processing.. i just dont get it. Why does it take so long to process cash.
Huntington does not answer the phone. I have repeatedly called 4 different local branches today and not one answer. Huntington spends a ton of money on advertising to attract new customers because the current customers are leaving in droves.
