ATM is always down and then when you go inside you literally wait HOURS! The people working here no offense but are so slow! They should NOT be working in a bank! As a customer I expect fast service and I expect the ATM to be working. Then you get a line full of people that have to wait 30 minutes just to deposit or withdrawal $20. It’s ridiculous!
This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with in my life. Their customer service is extremely horrible, especially when you call the call center. I had three charges on my account that were unauthorized. I filed a fraud claim. I had three leases that I had automatic withdrawal setup for on my account. This banks identity is the everyone's favorite ATM that doesn't work but occasionally, and even then the suspense is too the very second the door opens, or the end of the pause when you deposit. Years, and years of the exact same issue. Makes you 🤔
Terrible customer service. No apology, little communication & no straight answers. Someone randomly took 200 from my account and I’m still waiting days later for the issue to be resolved.
