They messed up my account number on a counter check. Which is actively incurring me fees. They won’t fix their mistake. The store manager avoided me and kept telling me she didn’t understand what the problem was. Do not bank here. They will mess up your stuff. I’m honestly going to look for a better bank.
Amazing when you call this location they never pick up the phone. They will however pick up and hang up after you’ve been calling for thirty minutes trying to speak to some one.
This is my preferred location. Always!
I have always been treated very well at this location, I won't mention the location that did nothing for me....However, Amanda has gone above and beyond to assist my needs!!
