Usually it's convenient. But him and they only have two tellers and they're both tied up at desks with people that leaves no one to work the front stood 10 minutes in line and no teller ever came from the desk to the front. There should always be someone available to work the counter. Went down the street to the one on Massillon road right-in right-out. Except the teller in the window of the drive-through blew her nose and continued working without purell. People please you're killing me.

Two male tellers were horrible. Ignorant and unprofessional. Said I didn’t qualify to wave cashiers check charge. Left upset, went to Huntington Branch next door. Jacob was great, friendly and waived fee and thanked me for my business!
