Fraud department is worthless still fixing my credit after two years. Management made promises to correct situations yet I'm still disputing creditors. Beware!
Wont be back bad customer service. Very misleading on variable interests rates and did not have a notary when paperwork was being signed and they processed the loan anyway. Went back to bank to get answers and was told they did not want my business and that they were closing my checking account i asked them not to close my checking due to direct deposit and was told "i suggest you change that" . I will never deal with them again.
