OK...there HAS to be a logical reason why the foot traffic in the lobby of the Green (Uniontown) branch was backed up 12 deep with only 2 tellers assigned on the day before a holiday. 20 minutes is a L-O-N-G time to stand there. There would have been more standing, yet we let 2 elderly customers sit and held their place in line. Poor scheduling? Poor planning? Short staffed? I had to deal with Huntington for a relative who has an account there. Everyone was helpful, returned phone calls, etc. My only comment is why do the tellers not dress like they are going to work? The all black uniforms don't look nice, and the young women had their long hair pulled back sloppily, looking like they were headed to the gym. What happened to Business Casual for a Professional appearance? This is a bank after all, not a Pet Groomers.

I have been a customer for the last 5 years and have had continuous problems with contacting them by phone. I only get the option to leave a message most times I call and on several occasions, they have failed to return my calls. Good service in person at the bank, but when they require appointments for many things they need to have someone answer the phone to set up requested appointments.
