Nice people
I’ve been banking with Huntington for about 15 years now and have always had wonderful experiences at any branch I go to. Everytime I go into this particular branch, it is the absolute worst customer service. The tellers are rude, and overall just not helpful at all.
I like the staff. They really try to help. BUT, I live oversees and using Huntington has been a nightmare for years. They have fraud control systems in place that block almost all my transactions. I have infrequent usage and small charges. But, my cards (credit & debit) don't work well!!!
I haven’t set foot in the lobby, but the ATMs are routinely down or out of cash. Kind of defeats the purpose of having them there. Then to top it off, I tried to withdraw money from my account this morning, the ATM said it couldn’t process the cash transaction, and now my account is saying I made two withdrawals for the same amount.
