I have always loved Huntington.
Michael Olson helped me with a deposit today who is very interactional and hands-on also helped me know about the other products that Huntington offers as As well as on the business side, possibly helping me grow my business.
No knowledge and they don't know how the features of their own banking system works. I was told I would have the same exact features as my wife and then when I created my account and transferred my direct deposit they screwed up the early pay access and then just shrugged about it when I asked what happened. I said if it's not the same, why did you tell me it was the same? They told me that I couldn't get it for 60 days because my account was a new account. In line for 17 mins. No other cars. Wouldn’t answer the intercom. Tried to cancel transaction because I was going to be late for work but he said he was almost done- 8 more miserable minutes! Absolutely terrible!
