In line for 17 mins. No other cars. Wouldn’t answer the intercom. Tried to cancel transaction because I was going to be late for work but he said he was almost done- 8 more miserable minutes! Absolutely terrible!
This bank has not helped me one time and their service is a joke they wasted my time having me wait in the lobby to tell me they can't help me when my dad is dying of dementia & my company pulled the rug on us so my hours did not allow me into a branch until today, they said we cant do anything for you! Its a heartless bank, for an Ohio company that is sad & as soon as its convenient im closing it & opening also a new business account but KeyBank seems to be awesome for anyone else getting no love from huntington. Very friendly staff and super helpful
I was a little disappointed to take the time out of my day to stop by my branch and resolve some things I needed resolved before Bank close tonight, the gentleman said 'let's let everything clear 1st' ,i said ,no That's exactly what I'm avoiding here He said he would take care of it and then did what he wanted to do Because he didn't understand my reasoning And it ruined my night likely gonna close the account; I can't even call anyone 1 800 makes me schedule for tomorrow; its all very unprofessional
