Ordered a plane ticket online and was asked to verify that I was purchasing it by Huntington. I said yes, and everything looked okay, only to find out the transaction wasn't going through. I had sufficient funds and tried using the ticket site on desktop and mobile to no avail. Turns out that Huntington blocked my card without notifying me. It was a Friday at about 10 a.m. and I just closed my account at Key Bank. I had $6,500 cash in my pocket. I only had about a quarter mile to walk to the Huntington Bank on S Main. When I arrived to the lobby I saw 4 people of which were all employees. Three of them were standing around a desk. It looked like they were having a party eating donuts and drinking coffee. Very nice , helpful, took time to schedule me in 2 open a account, wait around for a while , but I got it done , thanks Huntington
They took $750 from me, lied about it and haven’t returned. I proved my case with math on the phone multiple times and still nothing. Big errors in system be careful and watch your money they may get you worse than they got me
