If I can giveb 0 I could the service is so slow not only that the light skin had horrible attitude. I had to get another person to help me and they hold me over 30 minutes to just get some small cash. Don't go this location if you Don't want to west your time.
Huntington bank is allowing a hotel that i never stayed at because I was unaware of a deposit until I came in to check in. The "deposit" was not on the hotels website until recently because the guy who works at the hotel updated his website so my question is I wonder how many people he got over on about this deposit. Anyways, huntington believes the hotel and not their loyal customer why let him keep my money when I never stayed?... I will be transferring to a different bank based off of my experience and trust.
Deposited a check yesterday at 12:03 and got my receipt. The check never hit so I called and they could identify Olivia helped me but no check was deposited. Had to file a claim and now wait 7 days for a check I HANDED them in person and watched them put in. Changing banks ASAP. Got change for my business there too. I won't anymore.
I visited this location hoping to open an account for my teenager. I did research the options prior to visiting. While waiting in line, I stopped an employee to inquire and he was rude and condescending. I'm unsure what he reasoning was but I immediately turned around and walked out.
